Position Overview

TEAM is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of any specifically assigned project. They must be safety-focused, organized, able to multi-task, and responsible for overseeing employees on any work or client site or TEAM facility. They are responsible for the planning, coordinating, directing the job or task activities. Primary Responsibilities

• Compliance with all safety procedures and job documentation.
• Plans, organizes, and controls assigned operations in accordance with guidelines and schedules established.
• Maintains total awareness of customer and company policies, regulations, and procedures and ensures proper adherence to them with respect to contract operations.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards and practices and to legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.
• Performs all duties as assigned and adheres to TEAM’s Core Values.
• Plays a key role in sales presentations for project management capabilities.
• Ensures compliance and monitors the effectiveness of the project management process.
• Participates in readiness reviews and lessons learned.
• Develops standard capabilities requirements aligned with project attributes.
• Affords leadership at a project level and evaluates project performance of personnel.
• Maintains cost and schedule against budget and baseline.
• Ensures equipment is maintained while on the project.
• Ensures personnel are properly trained and certified to perform the tasks they are assigned.
• Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
• Communicates and deals with customers and other parties in such a manner as to benefit the professional reputation of the company.

Physical And Mental Requirements

• Extensive walking with the ability to lift and carry 20 pounds.
• Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver in a standard, refinery, or plant environment to include the ability to access elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells except when performing non-field duties.
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to communicate effectively.
• Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to conduct investigations.
• Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to perform routine office duties.
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations.
• Ability to maintain focus and multitask with effective communication skills.

Job Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, industry, or relevant training preferred.
• Five or more years of experience is preferred.
• Driving license, TWIC card, preferred.
