Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of projects within assigned portfolios
Develop detailed project plans, charters, schedules, and communication plans
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets using standard templates and tools
Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and decision making
Track progress, remove barriers, and escalate issues to Leadership as appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, or other related field, required
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional or enterprise projects with measurable impact
• Strong project management discipline
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information and present project updates
• Financial acumen—ability to understand and track project budgets and benefits
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (Smartsheet, PowerBI, other)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
