Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), cloud migrations, or system upgrades from blueprint through launch.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define project scope, mitigate technical blockers, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
- Manage project schedules and dependencies using project tracking software such as Jira.
- Create and manage baseline project budgets, allocating costs across labor, software, and vendor contracts.
- Track cash flow, provide detailed project cost forecasts, and report on accruals.
- Review and approve financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to prevent scope creep and stay under budget.
