Responsibilities
- Overseeing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution tracking
- Cooking with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders
- Preparing and updating project plans, schedules, and progress reports
- Monitoring milestones and ensuring timely project delivery
- Procurement coordination and material expediting
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring safety and quality compliance
- Identifying and resolving project issues and mitigating risks
- Maintaining clear communication and reporting project status and changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, and project management software
- Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple project phases
- Experience in educational, municipal, or community-focused projects in Georgia is a plus
