Job Description: Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week Employment Status: Part-Time Contract - No Conversion to Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager / Product Owner to support the final phases of a website redesign project. This is a part-time contract position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. This position is specifically designed as a part-time assignment and is not expected to convert to a full-time position. The successful candidate will support multiple teams and departments, coordinating projects, deliverables, and communications across a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts. The role will focus on keeping projects organized, meeting deadlines, and ensuring creative assets and deliverables are completed in alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage project execution and ensure work remains aligned with established milestones and deadlines.Support multiple teams and departments across various projects and initiatives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.Track project deliverables and ensure creative assets are completed and delivered on schedule.Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to address and mitigate them.Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.Coordinate multiple priorities and projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.Provide project updates and follow up on outstanding deliverables.Help ensure project activities remain aligned with business and strategic objectives.Support the successful completion of website redesign initiatives and other related projects. Required Qualifications 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role.Experience working in a technology-driven organization preferred.Experience managing projects involving multiple teams, departments, and stakeholders.Strong project management and organizational skills.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a part-time capacity.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
