Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional CMC initiatives that support business strategy, operational excellence, and organizational objectives. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can build structure, drive accountability, manage risks, and keep multiple workstreams aligned from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and closeout, maintaining clear ownership of scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource requirements, implementation roadmaps, and governance processes to support execution.
• Track milestones, dependencies, assumptions, risks, decisions, and action items while providing regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Proactively manage issues, escalate critical risks, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure project documentation remains accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management, operations, business transformation, or related experience.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project management software.
