About the role
Sikich is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this client-facing leadership role, you will manage project deliverables and serve as the primary point of contact for task completion at the Salesforce Org level. The ideal candidate has experience leading software implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving successful project delivery within an Information Technology (IT) environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
- Lead software implementation projects from planning through execution.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and overall delivery timelines.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Drive collaboration between business and technical teams to support successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Support the successful delivery of Information Technology (IT) development initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of full-time experience serving as a Project Manager (PM) or Scrum Master for software implementation projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience directly managing a team of at least 5 full-time resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Information Technology (IT) development projects.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or one of the following:
- SAFe Scrum Master
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Bachelor’s degree required, or an additional 4 years of qualifying IT development project experience in lieu of the degree, in accordance with contract requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification.

Pay
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the base compensation range for this role is $150,000–$175,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing.
