Project Manager
ServiceMaster is looking for an experienced individual in the restoration industry, particularly with Xactimate and/or Symbility experience in water and fire restoration.
About the role
This is an office-based position located in Mira Loma, Riverside County. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term position with the company and is not interested in frequent job hopping.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the assessment and documentation of damage using Xactimate and/or Symbility software.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and efficient restoration services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in water and fire restoration.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and/or Symbility software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in the restoration industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
