• Ensure adherence to Schreiber's project management process (EPM) in order to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the project team; guide them to understand and apply the EPM process.

Keeping up with new technology and processes that could help improve Schreiber profit margins and recommending applications for this technology

Leading project teams

• Leading project teams and coordinating efforts with other departments to ensure the customer's needs will be met.
• Providing clear communication and direction.
• Providing guidance with the development of specifications, capital equipment, and the selection of vendors and contractors.
• Providing technical advice and assistance to our internal partners.
• Aiding the team leader with system-imposed requests as required (upper management meetings, personnel, technical reviews, lead engineering sessions, advisory help, customer visits, etc.).

Interpreting and communicating customer requirements

• Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelors in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering and Project Management
• Experience with Aseptic Experience, Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing
• Preferred: Ability to function in a team environment, End-user computer skills, Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities, Ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs
• Internal partners: Minimum of 2 years of experience in current role

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
