About the role

Essential Functions
- Reviews project plan / time frame / procedures on all projects and schedules project coordination meetings with appropriate personnel.
- Determines technical staffing requirements, schedules and manages appropriate resources needed to complete project.
- Manages customer’s expectations within project timelines and project budgets, forecasting and scheduling of subcontractors and technicians.
- Prepares and maintains all necessary paperwork for projects.
- (i.e. monthly forecast, billings report, Project Management Reviews, etc.)
- Follows implementation procedures per job on a timely basis.
- Works well with co-workers in all departments and displays a positive attitude toward the work and goals of the Operations department.
- Is responsible for the performance, demeanor, performance reviews and conduct of technical staff on assigned projects.
- Initiates and adapts well to change.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, light lifting, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Education
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in managing projects and technical resources.
- Computer knowledge required.
- Operating systems knowledge required.
- Access Control software programs knowledge preferred.
- Must be able to operate a company truck with acceptable safe driving skills.
