About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (5+ years) to lead and coordinate a BCBS 239 risk data and governance programme. The role involves managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery across data, technology, and risk teams. Ideal for a structured, proactive PM who is comfortable running regulatory change initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery across data, technology, and risk teams.
• Engage senior stakeholders and manage regulatory change initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate a BCBS 239 risk data and governance programme.
• Manage technical and non-technical teams effectively.
• Deliver data governance, data quality, or data platform projects.
• Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations and engagement.
• Manage deadlines, budgets, risks, and assurance processes.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methods.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of data programmes, risk reporting, or BCBS 239 preferred.
• Proven ability to manage technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience delivering data governance, data quality, or data platform projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident managing deadlines, budgets, risks, and assurance processes.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methods.

Qualifications
