Project Manager

About the role

Oversee all phases of gas station imaging and branding construction projects across multiple sites. Plan, coordinate, and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project estimates, monitor financial performance, and process change orders.
• Serve as the primary liaison with site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients, providing updates and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct site surveys, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure all work aligns with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, track invoicing, and support project closeout activities.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with image software, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and knowledge of permitting processes in construction or signage industries.
