Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive project roadmap that defines timelines, dependencies, milestones, and critical deliverables across the program.
- Prepare, refine, and present leadership status updates, including steering committee materials that clearly communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
- Establish a consistent meeting structure that keeps cross-functional teams informed, engaged, and focused on execution.
- Monitor delivery against planned objectives and intervene quickly to address schedule risks, gaps, or missed commitments.
- Cook stakeholders across business and operational groups to maintain alignment on priorities, ownership, and expected outcomes.
- Lead project execution for work transition activities involving functions such as O2C, P2P, royalties, and service desk operations.
- Partner with internal and external teams to support outsourcing and offshoring efforts while helping ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.
- Reinforce accountability by tracking action items, following up on commitments, and driving closure on key deliverables.
- Support program expansion as additional roles are onboarded, trained, and integrated into the broader delivery plan.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex PMO or enterprise project management initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to create and maintain detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and keep teams on schedule.
- Proven success driving execution and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders and multiple workstreams.
- Experience preparing executive-facing reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
- Solid understanding of project deliverables, milestone tracking, and risk escalation practices.
- Background in outsourcing, offshore operations, or shared services programs is highly valued.
- Familiarity with transition-focused initiatives, including lift-and-shift or work migration programs, is preferred.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
