Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for civil engineering and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring scope, milestones, and deliverables remain clearly defined.
• Cook up with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and maintain momentum across project activities.
• Set up project governance processes, track progress against timelines and budgets, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Employ formal project management methods to manage risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions to support collaboration and timely project advancement.
• Use Agile Scrum principles where appropriate to organize work, improve team coordination, and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance activities are completed accurately to support organizational and regulatory expectations.
• Support projects involving government-related requirements by maintaining attention to standards, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain a watchful eye on project performance and recommend practical adjustments to improve delivery outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience overseeing structured, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of formal project management practices, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
• PMP certification or a comparable recognized project management credential.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects that involve coordination across diverse teams and business areas.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts and the ability to apply them in an appropriate project setting.
• Background in civil engineering projects or environments with similar technical and regulatory demands.
• Experience working within government, public-sector, or highly governed environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
