Project Manager

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to support a packaging redesign initiative. This person will coordinate creative assets throughout the review and approval process, keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and ensure timelines and deliverables remain on track. Responsibilities:Coordinate packaging designs and creative assets from internal and external partnersRoute materials to the appropriate stakeholders for review, feedback, and approvalTrack project timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and asset versionsFollow up with stakeholders to keep feedback and approvals on scheduleMaintain organized project documentation, status updates, and final deliverablesIdentify potential delays or roadblocks and communicate them proactivelyPartner with creative, marketing, packaging, and other cross-functional teamsEnsure clear communication and smooth handoffs throughout each stage of the redesign Experience managing creative projects, workflows, or production processesStrong project management, organizational, and follow-through skillsExperience coordinating creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, and approvalsAbility to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented approach with the ability to identify gaps and keep projects movingUnderstanding of Waterfall, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma methodologiesExperience with project management and creative collaboration tools preferredPackaging, consumer packaged goods, regulated industry experience is a plusPMP certification is a plus Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
