Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily project activities
- Creation of project plans and programs
- Performance of project analysis
- Identification and securing of project budgets
- Preparation of project estimates
- Management of multiple project scopes simultaneously
- Provision of progress reports as needed
- Resolution of issues, conflicts, and discrepancies
- Mentoring and training of project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Marketing/Business Administration
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience (preferred in construction industry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools
- Proven knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities. They should also exhibit thorough organizational skills.
