About the role

The Project Manager oversees internal and external project deliverables, ensuring coordination and successful completion. This role involves tracking cross-functional team deliverables and resolving conflicts to ensure project launches succeed. The primary objective is to enhance communication, meet or exceed customer expectations, and maintain fiscal parameters.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project definition and scope of work, including goals and deliverables.
• Create detailed short-term and long-term project plans, priorities, and objectives.
• Manage and track materials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop technical specifications, project and resource plans, updates, budget status, and presentation materials.
• Complete the work breakdown structure to estimate effort and resources for each task.
• Provide a project schedule and responsibilities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with coworkers and vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor and report project progress and status to clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope changes, alert the team of scope creep, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Review the management process post-project to identify improvements.
• Negotiate for additional personnel or resources with department managers as needed.
• Develop project risk assessment and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
