Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles and work collaboratively with a team.
- Create long‑ and short‑term plans, set milestone targets, and adhere to deadlines.
- Delegate tasks to the most appropriate team members.
- Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options.
- Serve as a point of contact for multiple units assigned to the same project to ensure coordinated actions.
- Communicate with customers to keep projects aligned with their goals and review necessary paperwork.
- Perform quality control throughout project development to maintain expected standards.
- Adjust schedules and targets as project needs or financing change.
- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure timely delivery of all services.
- Meet project deadlines.
- Respond to jobs and initiate work in accordance with IICRC standards and internal processes.
- Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.)—keeping them clean, properly maintained, and fully stocked.
- Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop new business as required.
- Perform other duties as required, including functions outside the normal scope of the role.

- Mold remediation
- Trauma scene cleaning
- Smoke & fire damage restoration
- Carpet & upholstery cleaning
- Content cleaning
- Lead remediation
- Board‑up & tarp‑over services
- Commercial grass cutting & snow removal
- Property maintenance
- Construction projects
Requirements
- 24‑hour emergency service availability; on‑call and responsive as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and personality.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Advanced smartphone and tablet literacy; familiarity with work‑processing and business software applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) and other computer software; ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience with Xactware software is helpful but not mandatory.
- Restoration and construction experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Willingness to train and support team members (stewardship).

Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.50 to $25+ depending on role and experience.
- Service Technician (entry level/minimal experience): $14.50‑$15.50 /hr.
- Service Technician 1: $15.50‑$17 /hr.
- Service Technician 2: $17‑$18 /hr.
- Service Technician 3: $18‑$22 /hr.
- Lead Service Technician: $22+ /hr.
- Estimator: $18+ /hr.
- Field Operations Manager: $24+ /hr.
- Project Manager: $25+ /hr.
