Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple project developments for state agencies and organizations within an integrated health and human service system. Strengthen cross-system collaboration by implementing integrated business solutions. Oversee all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including planning, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Coordinate project activities, ensuring stakeholder communication, risk management, and effective monitoring/reporting. Prepare research reports, process flows, business requirements, and recommendations for various audiences. Evaluate operational and system impacts, understanding stakeholder needs and demands. Communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Apply thorough knowledge of project management principles, especially within complex system applications and interdepartmental programs.
- Utilize relevant education and extensive experience in project management, preferably within public sector or large-scale system environments.
