Responsibilities

  • Maintain project budget, schedule, and team interactions.
  • Ensure business, technical, environmental, operational, financial, and scheduling objectives are met for assigned projects.
  • Manage project workflow by identifying and executing interfaces between facility planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations, and marketing functions.
  • Manage resources, team member workload, right-of-way, environmental, regulatory, tech services, and construction while staying within budget considerations.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure communication links are maintained with project team, project sponsors, project control, facility owners, and operators.
  • Conduct and facilitate the project review process for the team.
  • Provide technical input to assist in development of project planning.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate PM: Three or more years of experience in engineering, technical services, or construction of gas pipeline facilities, with a minimum of three years of experience in a management function on projects or related technical field.
  • Project Manager: Five or more years of experience in engineering, technical services, or construction of gas pipeline facilities, with a minimum of three years of experience in a management function on projects or related technical field.
  • Advanced project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • High level of innovation, creativity, and ingenuity in situations requiring originality and inventive approaches.
  • Consistently produces high-quality work products, implements innovations, and meets or exceeds project schedules and cost expectations.
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with others in the department and external customers for the benefit of the department and organization.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
