Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across data, analytics, and technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, and implement mitigation plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, and status reviews.
• Deliver regular project updates and executive-level reporting.
• Cook up with external vendors, consultants, and partners.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience leading technology, analytics, software, or business transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders is necessary.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
