Responsibilities
- Review and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Develop, maintain and update construction cost-loaded and resource-loaded CPM schedules.
- Create and update two week look ahead schedules.
- Prepare construction plans, safety procedures, etc.
- Prepare and update construction cost reports and labor productivity reports.
- Prepare and track requests for information (RFI's), change orders, correspondence and other transmittals using project management software programs.
- Determine quantities of work performed and prepare monthly payment requisitions for both the Owner contract and all subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Review and approve material and subcontractor invoices.
- Supervise the work of project engineers and field engineers and coordinate with superintendents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Heavy Civil Construction background with 7+ years of field experience.
- Proficient in standard business software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe).
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling program is a plus.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or MicroStation programs is a plus.
