Job Duties
- Current project monitoring including system support
- Deliverable review
- Cloud Provider Communications
- Risk Management
- Financial Management

- Overall coordination of Test and Production and Disaster Response System Deployments/Tests
- Documentation maintenance
- Monthly written status reports summarizing activities, member states progress, vendor performance, and critical risks or change management issues
- Development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
- Planning and coordinating all activities on cloud-facing projects
- Creating project plans, monitoring project status, facilitating project meetings, managing risk, controlling scope, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables
- Consortium Risk Management, including maintaining a risk register for finances and operations
- Managing multiple project teams that may include both state and contractor staff, such as Project Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, and various other program-related stakeholders
- Liaising with teams, third-party cloud vendors, and Technology staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
Work Location
Charlotte, NC with required travel to client locations throughout the USA.
