Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Source, negotiate, and facilitate new business opportunities.
• Proposal and Contract Management: Create and deliver proposals inclusive of scope, fees, and qualifications for public and client RFPs.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
• Project Oversight: Assemble and guide a team of consultants toward meeting project objectives by overseeing documentation prepared by the technical team.
• Project Performance: Ensure on-time, quality delivery and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Financial Management: Manage financial activities including tracking revenue, issuing invoices, and recovering receivables.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance processes are completed, recorded, and meet company standards and project scope.
• Innovation: Track industry developments and innovations to deliver relevant services and new deliverables.
• Presentations and Conferences: Develop and deliver presentations at project meetings, workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and project management within the engineering consulting sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Understanding of building design and construction process, codes, standards, and protocols.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to clients effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
