• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and address project risks, providing solutions to mitigate potential delays or issues.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all project-related activities.
• Maintain strong communication with all project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
