Project Manager

About the Role

Seeking a Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects, including medical offices, acute care facilities, and surgery centers. This role leads field execution, coordinates subcontractors and project teams, and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

My client is a leading healthcare real estate organization with over 35 years of experience focused exclusively on developing, constructing, and managing medical facilities. Partnering with physicians, hospitals, and investors nationwide, they have delivered more than $1B in medical office developments, manage 400+ healthcare facilities across 22 states, and oversee 20M+ square feet of healthcare real estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion
• Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
• Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
• Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
• Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction
• Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
• Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus

• Base salary: $115-125K, based upon experience
