Project Manager

About the role

You will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Build and maintain strong client and design team relationships
• Monitor project costs, change orders, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Coordinate with field teams to drive successful project execution
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following sectors: Office, Entertainment, Gaming, Healthcare, Higher Education, Hospitality, Industrial, K-12 Education, Manufacturing, Mission Critical / Data Centers, Renewables, Residential, Retail, Science & Technology, Senior Living
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar

Pay

• Competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience
