Job Summary

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in digital and marketing projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for global clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This role requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into executable project plans and schedules.
  • Define scope, deliverables, and success metrics for each engagement.
  • Contribute to proposal development and scoping with account teams.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular status updates and report to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication across internal teams of designers, developers, writers, and researchers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering strategic guidance and technical insight.
  • Champion process improvements and best practices across projects.
  • Take personal accountability for project results.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-6 years of project management experience in a digital agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience with tools like WordPress, Azure DevOps, Teams, PowerBI, and Visio.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

  • Mobility: The ability to move within the office environment and travel to client locations as needed.
  • Extended periods of sitting: The role may involve long periods of desk work, meetings, and discussions, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity: The ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, and phones.
  • Visual acuity: Sufficient vision to read documents, screens, and other materials, as well as to analyze data and reports.
  • Hearing and verbal communication: Clear hearing and speech abilities to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Stress tolerance: The role may involve working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling high-pressure situations. The ability to manage stress and remain calm in challenging circumstances is important.
