Job Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in digital and marketing projects. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for global clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This role requires strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into executable project plans and schedules.
- Define scope, deliverables, and success metrics for each engagement.
- Contribute to proposal development and scoping with account teams.
- Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide regular status updates and report to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication across internal teams of designers, developers, writers, and researchers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering strategic guidance and technical insight.
- Champion process improvements and best practices across projects.
- Take personal accountability for project results.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4-6 years of project management experience in a digital agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with tools like WordPress, Azure DevOps, Teams, PowerBI, and Visio.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Physical Requirements

- Stress tolerance: The role may involve working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling high-pressure situations. The ability to manage stress and remain calm in challenging circumstances is important.
