About the role
The Project Manager will lead Medscape’s broadcast projects through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) process from sale to launch. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual that wants to take a hands-on approach in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Successfully manage projects from sale to launch
- Prepare/edit documents required for submission and approval through various pharmaceutical regulatory processes
- Thorough editorial and correctness QC of all submission materials
- Coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams in the execution of projects
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-related requests
- Manage timelines for all project deliverables
- Use project management software to track projects and provide frequent status updates
- Use online submissions systems to upload pieces, download comments, tag references, and track progress
- Interpret and address Medical/Legal/Regulatory comments
- Review live websites, HTML files, and videos to confirm that they match approved versions
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or equivalent fast-paced environment
- Solid Microsoft Office experience, especially related to Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software a plus

Pay
Compensation range: $72,000 to $80,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus.
