Project Manager

We’re seeking a Project Manager (5+ yrs experience) with a proven track record in healthcare commercial construction to drive exceptional delivery. Lead full project lifecycles — from design through commissioning — in high paced settings. Approximately 30% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules (CPM, resource leveling, lookahead)
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders
• Lead teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders — ensuring collaboration, quality, and alignment
• Drive BIM workflows for coordination, clash detection, and model integrity
• Use Procore for submittals, RFIs, logs, documentation, and reporting
• Leverage Procore Pay(or equivalent ERP) for cost integration, change management, and financial reporting
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial construction projects

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, related fields, or related experience

Skills

Required Skills:

• Hands-on working knowledge of BIM, Procore, Vista or comparable construction management software
• Advanced scheduling skills (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in restaurant, retail or entertainment sector preferred
