What’s the Job?
Lead and oversee special pricing projects for Government End Use Pricing
Re-price FAR 12 and FAR 15 cost proposals using labor and material estimates
Manage and mentor a team of pricing analysts to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery
Identify and mitigate pricing risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including participation in Big Room Planning sessions
What’s Needed?
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial management, pricing, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Solid understanding of program/project management methodologies
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible status per export compliance)
About the Role
The Project Manager will be part of the Commercial Excellence – Government End Use Pricing organization supporting the Pricing Team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities which will align successfully in the organization.
