Responsibilities

• Champion Safety First by promoting safe behaviours, wellbeing, and compliance with local Health and Safety standards.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality systems, programme alignment, and timely completion of key milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and long-term functional improvements aligned with Mace values.
• Lead and collaborate with project, design, and consultant teams, driving performance, innovation, and best practice.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Sound technical knowledge of construction methodologies, HSE requirements, and sector-specific regulations.
• Strong commercial, budgeting, and problem-solving capability with effective client-focused negotiation.
• Degree-qualified with relevant professional memberships or local equivalents.

Pay

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
