Job Summary
Accelerate delivery of structured technical artifacts, architecture workflows, and data dependencies aligned to Phase Gate expectations. Drive execution discipline across the program to maintain requirements, risks, issues, and dependencies through closure. Translate workshop outputs into clear actionable documentation to support decision-making and executive readiness. Provide day-to-day coordination support across workstreams to maintain momentum through a compressed May-November timeline.
Primary Skills
- Strong ability to synthesize technical and process information into simple consumable deliverables
- Experience building and maintaining requirements, risk, and issue logs with proactive follow-up to closure
- Ability to plan, facilitate, and manage workstream meetings, agenda setting, execution, action tracking, and informing program decisions
- Highly organized with strong tracking, documentation, and follow-through discipline
- Must have PMP Certification
