Role Overview The Project Manager oversees the execution of renewable energy projects from preconstruction handoff to final closeout, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance are maintained. They coordinate internal teams and external partners such as EPCs, utilities, engineers, and regulators, translating contractual and preconstruction assumptions into actionable plans. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, contract administration, quality assurance, financial oversight, schedule control, compliance tracking, risk mitigation, and diligent documentation. The role involves managing project phases from engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning, testing, and turnover, with a focus on delivering predictable, reliable outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have experience in project management within renewable energy or infrastructure sectors, with strong knowledge of project controls, contract administration, and scheduling. Proficiency in systems like Procore, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, and Power BI is essential. Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fields is preferred, along with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. Key Duties Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain alignment and resolve issues.Administer contracts, manage change events, and track commercial obligations.Oversee quality control, safety, and compliance activities throughout project phases.Manage project finances, forecasts, and risk registers to mitigate exposures.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor critical risks.Maintain comprehensive project documentation for audits, closeout, and asset management.Operate proactively under incomplete information, escalating risks early and making sound decisions.
