Lithko Contracting is actively seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. Project Managers at Lithko develop correct estimates, provide accurate and detailed project information to all appropriate parties, and manage the administration components for an entire project.

Responsibilities

• Perform a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate in developing a big strategy for a project.
• Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Perform job setup for the project, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Generate and maintain correct and timely project information.
• Create the preliminary schedule for the project.
• Organize log setup for all MPO’s and PO’s to keep track of all logged items and submittals.
• Ensure an organized and accurate takeoff for the project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational support to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure the cost and quantity align with the budget.
• Create change orders after understanding customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout for the project.
• Communicate detailed project information to all appropriate parties.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large-scale self-perform general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Self-perform experience with concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on commercial/industrial concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1 million.
• Previous experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
