Project Manager

About the role

At Lambert's Cable Splicing, as a Project Manager, you’ll develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress in a telecommunications engineering and construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update job progress documentation for projects.
• Have direct contact with customers to request job uploads in our system.
• Communicate with customers regarding job specifications, changes, and deadlines.
• Maintain direct contact with Field Supervisors and managers.
• Attend weekly conference calls to review the status of projects.
• Create reports for all jobs in our system.
• Track start and end times of job orders.
• Monitor performance and help resolve delays and issues.
• Identify ways to streamline workflows and gain efficiencies.
• Assist field teams with resolving job-related issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience or knowledge of telecommunications engineering and construction.
• Solid understanding of Google Workspace tools.
• Strong data and analytical skills.
• Detailed reporting skills.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
