About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a manufacturing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with site Health & Safety plan for all work packages
- Manage the company technicians and subcontractors to achieve quality and progress on multiple sites
- Plan on-site activities with the Site Team, including resources and milestones
- Manage the budget for on-site activities to meet margin targets
- Coordinate construction targets and site organization with customers and external resources
- Address customer complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally
- Maintain strong customer relationships as a Quality Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; PMP certification and equivalent experience accepted
- 10+ years in project/construction management or field service, preferably in data centers or large-scale construction
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products at an advanced level
- Strong understanding of UPS, STS, and PDU equipment site commissioning preferred
- Residency in listed areas required for regular site visits

Pay
$100,500 – $160,800 annually
