Project Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical research studies according to established protocols and regulations
• Acts as the primary contact for study sponsors
• Oversees various clinical study functions including data management and pharmacovigilance
• Provides study status updates and maintains communication with sponsors
• Supervises and trains team members including Clinical Assistants and PMs
• Creates and reviews clinical documentation such as protocols and study manuals
• Identifies and solves problems to ensure study timelines are met

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO industry
• 1 year of management experience
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
