Project Manager - SIS Replacement Project Location: Remote/Hybrid Overview Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a large-scale Student Information System (SIS) Replacement initiative. This individual will be responsible for driving project execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring key roadmap milestones are delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities Manage project plans, schedules, and roadmap deliverablesCoordinate technical, business, and executive stakeholdersTrack project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plansLead status meetings and provide executive-level reportingDrive milestone readiness and stakeholder accountabilityEnsure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise IT environmentsExperience leading large-scale software implementations, system migrations, or transformation programsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsProven experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, and dependenciesAbility to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery across multiple workstreamsExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or Azure DevOps Preferred Qualifications Student Information System (SIS) experienceHigher Education industry experienceERP implementation or system modernization experiencePMP CertificationAgile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery experience Day-to-Day Project planning and schedule managementStakeholder meetings and status reportingRisk and dependency managementCross-functional coordinationExecutive updates and governance activitiesTitle: Project Manager Location: NYC/Remote Client Industry: Education Compensation: $60-75/hr W2 Ref ID: 1689978 About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
