Project Manager

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Project Manager to work in their lab and manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. This person will be accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. This PM will also be responsible for putting together reports and updating presentations in PowerPoint. This position is a 6–12-month contract to start, hybrid in Englewood, CO. This position is W-2 only. We are not open to working with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core ResponsibilitiesDevelops project plan and drives project milestonesEstablishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholdersProvides day-to-day direction to project resourcesEnsures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the projectResponsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgetsRole requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skillsRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Specialized knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, WordMicrosoft PowerPoint proficiency3+ years of experiencePreferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)JiraExperience working in a lab settingExperience working on both hardware and software projectsExperience creating executive level presentationsWork EnvironmentEnglewood, CO HybridDuration: 6-12 months to startCompensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $45-$50 hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
