You’ll be: Planning, coordinating, implementing, and finalizing projects within specifications, deadlines, and budget parametersReporting project status and allocating resources as needed to ensure successful project outcomesDefining project governance policies, managing financial aspects, and communicating across organizational lines, including with business units and external vendorsSupporting Project Managers on small capital projects ($20M and below), handling all aspects of project management and project metricsCollaborating with teams to achieve common mission and drive performance This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in oil and gas or similar industriesHold an Associate’s degree (minimum required); a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field is preferredAre highly skilled in Microsoft Suite, with preferred experience in Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, or P66Possess strong initiative, strive for high performance, and are motivated to lead projects as your skills developHave knowledge or experience in electrical engineering (preferred but not required)Are available to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
