About the role

The Project Manager position (K0221842) is responsible for developing and maintaining project charters, project plans, communication plans, and schedules; Coordinate project team meetings and working sessions; Track milestones, dependencies, critical path items, and deadlines; Identify resource constraints; Coordinate with management to resolve conflicts; Maintain project risk, issue, action, and decision logs; Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; Escalate critical risks and issues; Provide timely and accurate project status reporting; Coordinate decision-making and ensure documentation of key decisions; Coordinate transition to operational support teams; Facilitate lessons learned and project close out activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities involving external vendors.
  • Monitor vendor deliveries, timelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Track vendor performance against project commitments.
  • Facilitate review and acceptance of vendor deliverables.
  • Escalate vendor performance concerns through appropriate channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with vendors and partners

Qualifications

  • Education: High School, GED
  • Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License
  • Preferred Qualifications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Proofreading, editing, attention to detail
  • Project Management Methodologies
  • PMO Process Compliance
  • Project Planning and Scheduling
  • Vendor Deliverable Management
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Health Reform, Healthcare Systems and/or Health Information Technology/Exchange

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $27.61 - $30.46

* Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Flexible schedules available)
