We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in cable construction and fiber optics to lead multiple telecommunications projects. Candidates must have strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees across assigned areas, departments, or projects
- Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Develop and maintain processes to support efficient task and project completion
- Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project goals
- Interview, hire, train, and retain team members to support growth and development
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion
- Operate effectively in high-pressure environments
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure work is completed as required
- Organize and align teams to work efficiently and collaboratively
- Participate in and manage on-call schedules, including after-hours support and semi-annual scheduling
Requirements
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications cable construction, fiber optics, and outside plant construction
- Experience with fiber mapping, design, and implementation
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordination
- Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues
- Knowledge of safety regulations and crew safety practices
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record review
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred
- Willingness to support and fill in for supervisory roles as needed
- Ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data
