About the role
First Help Financial, voted and certified as a "Great Place to Work" by our workforce for Five years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Credit Division to accommodate our remarkable growth! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our innovative team.
Responsibilities
- Cook up project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, while keeping stakeholders informed of project progress
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and compliance to facilitate seamless project execution
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in the auto finance or other financial services industry is preferred
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred

Pay
A starting base salary of $117,344 or more, depending upon experience, plus a bonus!
