Rod Heisler Construction is a trusted leader in commercial and custom residential construction across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through completion, maintaining smooth execution at every phase
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to anticipate challenges and drive decisions
• Organize and lead project meetings; track and communicate action items and key deliverables
• Maintain all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and schedules
• Own project budgets, billing cycles, and cost reporting from start to finish
• Process change orders and client requests accurately and on time
• Draft, manage, and execute subcontractor and vendor agreements
• Price new scopes of work and proactively track project financials
• Conduct regular site visits to confirm quality, safety compliance, and schedule progress
• Oversee subcontractor performance and hold teams accountable to deadlines and standards
• Manage punch lists and drive efficient project closeout
• Support and mentor junior team members; contribute to a productive, collaborative site culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a track record on commercial and/or residential projects in the Bay Area
• Strong command of construction financials, contracts, and scheduling
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Project required; hands-on experience with Procore and Sage strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track of the details
• A proactive, solutions-first mindset with the communication skills to keep every stakeholder informed and aligned
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to hit the ground running in a temp-to-hire context

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Procore and Sage

$110K/yr - $145K/yr
