About the role
A nationally recognized design-build and general contracting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and infrastructure construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and experience managing complex construction projects in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and quality standards
- Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and clients
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction
- Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Design-build and self-perform construction experience
- Experience with large-scale industrial or process facility projects
- Knowledge of EPC, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects

Pay
$125,000 - $140,000 per year
