The role is responsible for managing a team of software developers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Lead team meetings and provide regular performance feedback
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or software development
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
