Project Manager

Position Overview

Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of delivery aspects of projects.
Manage the onboarding of responsibilities, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Lead the establishment of core PMO processes, documentation, and governance structures in a formative environment.
Drive order and clarity in fast-moving projects involving automation and AI technologies.
Facilitate effective decision-making, enforce governance, and maintain project artifacts with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience managing multiple large enterprise projects with moderate to high risk.
• 2+ years of hands-on delivery, coordination, and governance of sizable initiatives.
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational skills in navigating matrix environments, resolving dependencies, and driving cross-team collaboration.
