About the role
Learn the regulatory landscape of the client and identify all major submission processes for each Division. Map and define source data for all major submission processes, establish timelines, and hold regular status meetings with Bureaus within each Division. Identify and raise technical issues, bottlenecks, and roadblocks to management. Produce regular status reports that visualize progress and reinforce scope. Coordinate closely with Information Technology to understand system capabilities. Create and maintain various reporting processes, including interactive dashboards and other visualizations of the initiative.
Responsibilities

- Project performance reporting using KPIs and dashboards
- Coordination with IT on technical projects
- Utilize SQL, Python, R, and/or VBA for data and reporting tasks
- Work with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Snowflake
Qualifications
- 84 months of enterprise project management experience with cross-functional teams
- 84 months of experience with strategic portfolio and program management
- 60 months of experience with executive stakeholder management and C-suite communications
- 60 months of experience with project performance reporting using KPIs and dashboards
- 48 months of experience coordinating closely with IT on technical projects
- 48 months of experience utilizing SQL, Python, R, and/or VBA
- 24 months of experience in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Snowflake
- Bachelor’s degree required
