Project Manager
About the role
Work independently, or under the direction of the NPI Site Manager, to deliver projects and key initiatives that support effective program management. This role leads and coordinates all new product and program introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring disciplined execution across functions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate NPI status to all key stakeholders both internal and customer base.
- Develop processes for transitioning a product from NPI to operation/production.
- Ensure that all commercial and technical issues are managed to meet the program requirements, and all program deliverables are accurate, complete and timely.
- Generate plans and strategies for assured success of the program requirements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional product teams.
- Highly developed interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Good PC skills, written & verbal communication skills, problem solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Must work well in a team environment and commit to continuous improvement.
- Program management experience is highly desired.
